In 1990s, Novo had been top Airlines Representative for cargo sales for Biman Bangladesh, Saudia, Emirates, Air India, Singapore Airlines, Kuwait Airways and Thai Airways.

Novo has received Top Contributor Awards and earned Certificate of Appreciations from many airlines for good governance and best performance.

Novo, in collaboration with BEPZA, BIDA and other relevant Govt Agencies, has facilitated and assisted different investors from Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan to establish their factories/manufacturing plants in Bangladesh.

Novo is an IATA accredited Air Ticket Sales Agent for foreign/domestic airlines.

Novo conducts Ground Handling of non-scheduled foreign flights landing in Bangladesh.

Since its start of journey 1990, Novo has been working with due respect to the Law of the Land.

The Company has never been involved in any activities that go against business ethics and norms.

The Company has never been defaulter in providing timely and quality services.

It has no dispute in legal and financial matters with representing airlines, any Government agencies, and any other suppliers/stakeholders.
